Is your company insured?
Yes! We are a licensed, bonded and insured corporation. We are insured with a $2 million liability policy, and we carry workman’s comp! (Certificates provided upon request)
Can I trust your cleaning specialists in my home?
Absolutely! We screen each employee with a background check, reference check, and drug screenings. Our rigorous month-long training process ensures that our employees are ready to be on their own. Even after formal training, our owners are readily available to answer any ongoing questions they may have, and to keep training and product knowlege current!
What types of Cleaning products do you use?
We are experienced in matching the perfect cleaning product with the materials we will be cleaning! We only use brand name cleaning products that are disinfecting to prevent sickness and spreading of germs. Some of our products include: … clorox cleanup® , lysol® toilet bowl cleaner, lysol® bathroom cleaner, scrubbing bubbles, sprayway® glass cleaner, pledge® , pine-sol® , and swiffer® dusters. We use a special solution of lemon oil, soap, and water with our microfiber mops to protect and clean your hardwood.
Are you experienced?
Yes! Our owners have over 35 (20+15) years experience between them, and they are very hands on! In addition to their own experience, our cleaning specialists must complete a month or more of training by our company so that they are up to our high standards. We currently work for 50+builders, over 40 residential customers, and 7 commercial properties, and we would be glad to offer references at your request!
How many cleaning specialists will you send?
It depends on the job. With new construction, we send at least 2 cleaners unless it is a very small job. Residentials get 2 or more on the first cleaning, and then just one person for regular cleanings after that. Our goal for the residentials is to match up the one cleaning specialist that works best for your needs. We find that sending 2 cleaners doesn’t cut your time in half, that is why we assign one person to your home. For commercial properties, it really depends on the size of the building. For move in/move out cleanings, or one time cleanings, we always send more than one.
